How to become eligible for On-Grounds Interviewing
UCS uses the CAVLink system to manage OGI and all students must attend an OGI orientation session to participate in On-Grounds Interviewing! You must register for a CAVLink account prior to attending the orientation session. Your CAVLink account will be updated with OGI access within one business day following your orientation. Please plan accordingly to avoid missing resume submission deadlines. Please visit our online calendar for dates, times and locations. Please call (434) 924-8900 if you have any questions.
Orientation Sessions
OGI Walk-ins
If you are unable to attend one of the large group orientation sessions listed below, stop by UCS between 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday (during regular academic session) to view our online orientation. No pre-registration is required. Please bring a pair of headphones with you, as you will need these to hear the audio content of the orientation. If you do not have a pair of headphones, we will have a pair you may borrow at UCS.

Interviews will take place in Bryant Hall at Scott Stadium (listed as Bryant Hall in CAVLink) on the 4th floor. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your interview.
Some interviews are held elsewhere on Grounds so please verify the location before your interview day. Location may be found at the bottom of the job description page under 'Event Information'.
