Recruiters' Forum
The University of Virginia's semi-annual Recruiters' Forum will serve as a training ground for both new and experienced recruiters.
Not only will you learn how to recruit effectively at U.Va., you will
also have a unique opportunity to share best practices, discuss emerging
trends, and learn from students, faculty, and professionals.
Recruiters' Forum is a two-day event presented in a conference-style
format.

Registration
The Recruiters’ Forum registration fee is $250.00 per representative. The registration fee includes all Forum materials and meals but does not include hotel accommodations. Payment must be received prior to attending the Forum. UCS is pleased to offer payment by credit card for registrations.

Note: Should we fail to garner sufficient interest, this program will be cancelled. Its success is solely dependent upon employer participation. In such a circumstance, you will be apprised of a decision by April 5th.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
In the case of inclement weather, please call (434) 924-SNOW. If the
University is operating on a regular academic/work schedule, the program
will be held as scheduled and as such, no refunds will be made.
Requests for registration cancellation must be made in writing to both
the UCS Office Manager and the designated Event Administrator. Fair expenses
are incurred based on the commitments of registrants, therefore, NO request
for a release of financial obligation or refund will be granted if received
by UCS less than 30 days prior to the event.

- 1:00–1:30pm Welcome and agenda overview
- 1:30–3:15pm Roundtable Discussions: Recruiters
and career counselors will gather to discuss best practices and
trends.
- Day 2
- 8:00–9:00am Breakfast
- 9:00–10:15am Break-out Sessions with U.Va.
Career Services Offices: Information on the organizational
structure of University Career Services and our affiliate offices
in Arts & Sciences, Engineering, and Commerce
- 10:15–10:30am Break
- 10:30–12:00pm Student Panel: This
is always a popular panel! Hear students’ perspectives on the job
search process, interviews, company branding on grounds, advertising
for information sessions, etc.
